We understand that managing a property can be challenging at times and so we provide landlords with a stress-free experience with fixed and guaranteed rental income, regardless of property occupancy.
 

We will pay you a fixed monthly rent for an agreed period of time (3 to 5 years). During this time, we will operate the property as Serviced Accommodation, where we provide short to long term accommodation to working professionals or families.
 

Since we need the property to be in immaculate condition to meet the high quality accommodation we offer to our clients, we will take care of any minor decorative work of your property. We will handle any minor maintenance throughout the tenancy, except for any big maintenance (such as replacing a boiler or anything structural). We will keep you informed throughout.
